The 700 Club has marked a major milestone, celebrating 30 years of supporting people experiencing homelessness and housing difficulties in Darlington.
Since the charity was established, our work has grown and developed to meet the changing needs of people in our community. Over three decades, the 700 Club has provided accommodation, practical help and ongoing support to people at some of the most difficult points in their lives.
The anniversary provided an opportunity to reflect on how far the charity has come, the many people who have contributed to its work, and, most importantly, the thousands of people who have received help and support along the way.
The Northern Echo marked the anniversary with a feature looking back at the 700 Club’s work in Darlington and the difference the charity has made over the past 30 years.
