Complaints

The 700 Club is committed to providing the best possible service to its tenants, and to respond proactively if a tenant has cause to complain.

On 1st April 2024 the Housing Ombudsman issued a Statutory Complaints Handling Code. The Code requires Landlords to comply with its provisions. A copy of the Code is available by clicking HERE.

The 700 Club is committed to aligning its complaints handling process for all tenants with the Code.

The 700 Club has a positive complaints culture. We will make clear at the outset what you can expect from the 700 Club as your Landlord.  In all matters we will be transparent, fair, determined to put mistakes right and willing to learn from outcomes.

You do not need to provide a complaint in writing. Any member of staff will help if you wish to make a complaint verbally; they will ensure that it is treated in exactly the same way as a complaint made in writing.
