Taylor Wimpey donates warm clothes to Darlington 700 Club

Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire donated 170 winter essentials to Darlington’s 700 Club, including socks, scarves, gloves, and hats.

The homebuilder also gave £500 to the charity’s Christmas Shopping Experience, which helps families in need buy important items during the festive season.

The clothing was donated as part of Taylor Wimpey’s Wrap Up Warm campaign, which has supplied more than 14,000 winter essentials to 24 homelessness centres in England, Scotland, and Wales.

Yvonne Beattie, CEO at 700 Club, said:

“I was delighted to learn about the generous donation of winter clothing items that has been so kindly organised.

“We are extremely grateful to the team at Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire for their generosity.

“This will make a tangible difference and enable us to continue our vital work in the community.”
